My first time coming to Gloss was on Halloween. The team was amazing and easy to talk to. I considered trying a new salon because I knew my old one wouldn’t be able to do this design. I was very happy with the art that they did, techniques they used, the fact that they had the charms I needed, as well as how well the nails have held up. One of the bows came off pretty early, but I went to get it fixed and my new tech repaired everything for me, even touching up on some of the design. They’re still on!! Great attention to detail, strong and solid acrylic work. Gloss is my new go-to!

I got exactly what I asked for! I was expecting to pay ten dollars for my design because that's the price listed on their website, but I paid twenty. She did hand paint almost fifty hearts on my nails, so I was fine paying it. I just wish they'd be a little more upfront about their prices, as there was a two dollar fee for paying with card as well. The 1st picture is what I asked for, the 2nd is my nails.
